Tottenham Hotspur Managing Director of Football, Fabio Paratici, is currently in Milan to hold talks regarding potential outgoings that could to take place this summer, according to transfer guru Fabrizio Romano.
Tottenham are expected to look to move on a number of players including Harry Winks, Sergio Reguilon, Giovani Lo Celso and Tanguy Ndombele. All four were left out the recent pre-season tour of South Korea, giving a clear messsage that they are not part of Antonio Conte’s plans for this season (Daily Mail).
However, others like Japhet Tanganga could also be in line to leave in this summer transfer window. In fact, AC Milan are eager to sign him on a loan deal, with discussions being currently held between Paratici and the Scudetto holders.
Paratici is also in line to directly meet with clubs this week to discuss sales that could be facilitated ahead of the upcoming campaign. Spurs have already brought in the likes of Fraser Forster, Ivan Perisic, Richarlison, Yves Bissouma, Clement Lenglet and Djed Spence to date.
However, it seems like the north Londoners are now looking to trim their squad by moving out certain out-of-favour stars along with others like Tanganga, who need game time.

Our View
Tanganga’s temporary departure does make sense considering how we have brought Lenglet in this transfer window. The Barcelona man would fight with Ben Davies for the left centre-back position, with Cristian Romero and Davinson Sanchez contesting on the right-hand side of the three-man backline.
Antonio Conte views Tanganga as someone who could fit in the wide centre-half role (Football.London), meaning the defender would not be considered a backup for Eric Dier. Hence, letting him leave on loan to Stefano Piolo’s team would give him the regular game time to develop into a fully-fledged star.
Ndombele could also be a topic of discussion as he was once targeted by Juventus and AS Roma (Calciomercato). Bryan Gil could also be leaving N17 as he has attracted interest from Sampdoria (The Express), with Conte having doubts over his suitability for the Premier League (Football.London).
Lo Celso, on the other hand, has been identified as a potential target by Fiorentina (Corriere Fiorentina), while Reguilon is on Juve’s radar (Calciomercato) at this moment. Hence, Paratici could finalise several outgoings this week as he meets with various suitors.
